Martin Ball

Martin Ball is a senior sales and commercial leader with over 25 years of experience across blue-chip organisations, specialising in P&L leadership, business growth, building high-performing teams and partnering with customers for success across the ANZ region. He is known for driving commercial excellence and cross-functional collaboration, while developing people and capability to deliver sustainable results, with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships. Outside of work, Martin is focused on family, sport, community and serves as President of the Lysterfield Junior Football Club.
